Sales Development Representative
This is a position that we keep open all the time as we never know when the right fit candidate will come along.
At I-M Technology, we help Connecticut, Massachusetts and Rhode Island based companies with their IT and cybersecurity needs. Because we’re growing, we’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help support our own rapid growth. This is an in-office position at our Norwich CT headquarters. We’re looking for a results-driven representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

Responsibilities
• Making 100 dials per day. This includes calling prospects and calls to build our list of potential prospects.
• Cleaning 125 company contacts per week to grow our prospect list.
• Managing our company Excel file with our raw list and clean list
Skills
• Proven work experience as a phone representative making outbound calls
• Basic computer skills including Excel
• Highly motivated and target driven
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $35,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
Experience level:
• 1 year
Supplemental pay types:
• Bonus pay
Weekly day range:
• Monday to Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
